Great Headset for both mobile and office business, Fantastic Design
Lets clear up some misunderstandings this is the MB pro 1, Its just the headset and contact pin Charger (not the MB pro 1 UC which includes 2 other Accessories not really worth the price tho)For those of you who don't know Sennheiser is well known for sound quality products this Headset was my 2nd Sennheiser purchase my First purchase were Urbanite XL Wireless headphones.Im a Truck Driver who was not satisfied with blue parrot headsetat $140 USD, its a great Deal, I would recommend this strongly for anyone using it for businessClear sound on both ends, sound Test with both windows sound recorder and Skype mb pro 1's mic was much more superior than the Blue Parrot BX250-XT headset, the mic for mb pro 1 does not need to be right on your lip to be heard loud and clear, unlike some other options.plastic construction, you can wear the headset on either ear very comfortable you forget you are wearing it well balanced on you head as the battery is on the other side, the foam pad on your ear dampens sound quite effectively for when you are on a call, volume slider on the bottom, button with tactile feedback, has voice for power on/off in the on position press once to check the battery, or answer incoming call, press twice to redial. The charger first impression is that it needs a proprietary charger, however thank sennheiser's brilliance underneath the foam padding there is the Common micro usb connector, easy to remove, a plastic washer like ring snaps off and back on after chargingthis Bluetooth headset can connect to 2 devices at the same time if you are using it on your computer with skype (USB Dongle or capable computer required) and you get a call press the button and it answers and switches to your phone, hang up switches right back to skype, This headset is a class 2 device (rating is 10 meters away from your connected Device however not necessarily clear sound at furthest distances)For more Research here is the product page from sennheiserhttp://en-us.sennheiser.com/mb-pro-1-and-mb-pro-2

bulkier and not as comfortable as my Jabra Pro 920 I'm replacing
I am replacing a Jabra pro 920 mono because it is several years old and the battery doesn't last more than a couple hours and I spend 7 hours + a day on the phone, so it was inconvenient.I could have gotten either to replace what I had, but I had always heard great things about Sennheiser so I decided to give it a go! I can't say that I'm sorry yet that I did, but....The Jabra headset is less bulky and is lighter. And it might just be what I'm used to, but it seems to fit my head better too!I've tested the new Sennheiser headset and it seems to work well, and the sound quality seems good if not just a little quiet even after adjusting the volume to max.One feature that I DO LIKE, is the ability to pair with both the BD800 bluetooth dongle AND my cell phone! My company supports the Jabra and using it as a softphone as long as I use the Jabber app. The jabber app crashes my computer and locks it up constantly so I uninstalled it. And while Teams is quickly becoming our go to app, we still have a lot of Webex calls as well. So my day consisted of using my existing Jabra headset for Teams meetings, and then my cell phone for Webex meetings. For me that meant taking my headset off (which was good because it needed to charge often) and switching to ear buds for my cell phone calls. So, being able to pair the Sennheiser with my cell phone and the dongle is AWESOME! And so far in the tests I've done it is seamless, but we'll see how it works when I start doing meetings tomorrow. Now, the pairing process took a while. It's not hard, but it's also not exactly well documented and the power button on the headset that you use to turn it off and put it in pairing mode is small, close to the microphone arm, and was not easy to operate for me. Well, it wasn't hard, but you have to turn the headset off, and wait for 3 red flashes and then turn it back on and hold down until it flashes a pattern. But everything is so close together that when I used my finger to do that, it also covered the led. I figured it out, but it required more effort than I would have liked! So, my lower score represents* Bulky and heavier headset than my Jabra* Not exactly clear directions, or at least not intuitive* And making it difficult, for a man with larger fingers anyway, to operate the on/off and pairing button on the headset. One other dislike is the stand/charging station. Ok, it's cool with the magnets and it's weighted so it doesn't topple over, but an old Sennheiser that someone at work had and I tried once was so much easier to actually cradle the headset. And again, maybe it's just what I'm used to, but the Jabra is really easy to cradle as well. The Sennheiser is just not as easy to cradle, or to take off the cradle.I am updating thisI have used it extensively now for nearly 2 days. yes, I spend 7 hours+ a day on calls so I can safely say I've used it a lot now.- It's still bulkier and I still don't like that.- The sound quality is very good and people are telling me that I'm very clear with no noise/feedback, so that's great, and of course it was expected so meets expectations- Cradling the headset has gotten easier as I am becoming accustomed to it, but the one complaint is still that it's harder to cradle that the Jabra was. The jabra I would take off of my head and cradle it as it was and uncradling it was easy too. For this one, you HAVE to move the microphone out of the way to cradle it. It cannot remain in the talk position. It can be 90% right or left if there is room, but it works best if it's folded up by top. That also means it's in the way when you uncradle the headset, or you're pushing on it to uncradle which I think will shorten the life as it may break. Either way, it's still a bad design! Now, for the one feature that I thought I would love and it turns out that I absolutely love it, the fact that I can pair the headset with my cell phone AND the computer. About 50% of my calls are through Teams and the computer, and the other 50% is through Webex but I have to take the webex call on my phone (Some problem with Webex on my computer causes everything to lock up if I try to do the audio through my computer). Being able to use the headset for all my calls is PERFECT.So, I would rate this as a buy! It could be better, and perhaps there is a newer Jabra out there that would combine the things I like from this and what I liked about my old Jabra, but so far I am happy with this and only wish that it were a little less bulky and that it was easier to cradle/uncradle.I added a star and gave it an overall 4.

Very pleased.
Great headset. It paired immediately with my iPhone 6. All the parts were in the box as described, and the headset was ready to use upon arrival. The audio is perfect for me. I do have the volume way up, but that is an issues with my ears, not the device. Controls are easy to use. The on/off (press and hold) takes longer than I expect, but that is simply a matter to get used to. Mic is seemingly fine, no issues with the other party hearing me at all. Very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I am not on the phone all day, so when not in use, the headset hangs around my neck. Most of the time I don't even remember that it's there. It's not the most economical headset out there, but it works well and I am happy with the purchase. Glad I spent the money.
