This is an easy way to take methylene blue that is not as messy as liquids.

Dosing may possibly be off, not entirely sure, as some pills were darker than others.Also, there are dark specs, company says they are just concentrated particles and thats normal, I dropped one in water and that does seem to be the case.Also, for anybody reading this, I heard pills aren't even the way to go, you want it to be exposed in the stomach and a pill may work against this, or well, you may get a noticeable more effect if you empty out the capsules.

The product is OK. There doesn't seem to be a lot of consistency in terms of the color of the pills. Some are a lighter blue, some are dark blue, so I think that the 10 milligram mark isn't exactly on point in each pill. I think that some have more than 10 milligrams and others have less than 10 milligrams. It was a convenient product, but then they increased the price, and not by a little. They just jacked it right up. At their original price, it was worth it for the convenience. At its current price, absolutely not. Now I am searching elsewhere.

Great product. It is a more bioavailable version that absorbs quickly. I can tell the difference in my energy levels.

I read about possible side effects after the case. Leg cramps severe. I quit using it took many days with the hot pad. Didn’t notice any difference besides the cramps.
