Can this chair be used as an ergonomic kneeling chair instead, anyone tried it for that, how comfortable could it be? It look like it has more support

when tightening the face cradle, do you adjust the twisting knob then the handle on the opposite side?

I am unsure, I can't pick up the chair by the face craddle, it doesn't stay in place for me
