I love these for working out. They're very easy to wear, velcro strength very strong, fits very snug w/o being too tight, weight distribution very even. Functional, affordable, will use for long time. Only complaint wud be they get very sweaty...

I have several sets of the Theraband weights. They are very easy to get on and off, the weight is equally distributed and does not shift. I use them daily, alternating between the 1 lb set, the 1.5 lb set and the 2 lb set. I use them for walking 3+ miles per day and have had them for several months. Each weight set is a different color but I used a permanent marker and wrote the weight on the band. I would purchase again.

I work in a warehouse. Times I am moving lots of small light weight items. These wrist weights help just by providing extra weight on small repetitive moving of items and help keep my shoulder from freezing up.

The size of the these weights is small. They have Velcro which allows one to adjust the size for wrist or ankles. Velcro feels tough and stays put. The weight is as mentioned 1 lb. per weight with 2 adjustable bands equal 2 lbs. overall. One cannot technically remove or add sand in the wrist/ankle band. They don't technically stretch but adjust with the Velcro. They do stay on the ankles during workout so are effective as long as one is not going berserk fast with them on. The value is good and does what they are suppose to do by providing resistance.

I purchased the 1.5 lb ankle weights to increase the challenge of my lower body-focused workouts. I found these weights to be excellent on all fronts. Unlike other reviewers, these weights were long enough to fit my ankles -- with room to spare. Unlike other ankle weights, these weights have a metal buckle that the straps can be hooked through, ensuring that the weights stay on your ankles even during the most vigorous moves and for the length to be adjusted to ensure a comfortable fit. Kicks, sidekicks, high knees -- the weights stay firmly in place. The soft fabric lining ensures that the weights don't dig into your ankles. Plus, I found the weights to be well-balanced, with delineated sections that allows the weighted material to be distributed evenly in each of the sections. The only negative is that these weights would not be suited for water-based activities, as the main section of material is not waterproof and is lined with soft, terry cloth-type material. So, if you were considering these for an underwater aerobic exercise program, these weights would not be a good choice. But, for standard usage, these weights are a terrific choice, offering comfort, fit, and function at a more than reasonable price point.

These are the best leg weights. I have several different sizes. They are the most comfortable and easy to wear. I wear one 2.5 pound leg weight on my right ankle for physical therapy during a morning 40 minute walk. It helps improve strength of the quad muscle.

chose this rating because while item is well made and with weight evenly distributed across each piece. the length is too short for a normal range of people sizes...so unless you're a kid or a petite, the ends don't meet or overlap for distribution of secure weight around the ankle or wrist, which creates an imbalance and it flops around even when tightened to max. And it is very thick which means that if it can overlap,, itll be double thick and harder to secure. It is most uncomfortable and unbalanced when doing leg raise exercises. this is first pair for me and pt folks said brand doesn't matter. But if I were to make this kind of purchase again, I'd definitely look for a good quality style that distributes weight over more length without excess thickness, and also states circumference or length range.

Bought these for my daughter. She says they are the most comfortable ankle weights she has used, and all her team mates keep trying to borrow them because they prefer these ones to their own. Which sounds like a recommendation to me! They’re clearly better made than cheaper brands too, and look like they will last.

Ich besitze dir grüne Variante (700 gr) bereits seit 8 Jahren.trotz regelmäßiger Nutzung sehen diese aus wie am ersten Tag.für einige bein pilates übungen waren sie mir allerdings zu schwer,daher bestelle ich zusätzlich noch die roten in 500 gr.wenn man sie um die Handgelenke macht,sind sie (zumindest bei mir) etwas groß und rutschen hin und her.sollte man bei schmalen Handgelenken bedenken.ansonsten kauft man hier top Qualität!!an den Gewichten ist von der Verarbeitung alles tip top.auch nach Jahren wie bereits erwähnt.würde ich immer wieder kaufen!
