Poor sound quality, left earphone stopped working within days then both completely failed to connect to phone. Unable to refund.

One of the earbuds stopped working after two weeks but started working again after sometime, not sure how durable it is. Great sound though

Has a transparent mode which just means you hear the general sounds around you plus music, have to tap ear bud to change modes, bass is good, would like to see app on phone to change mode settings though but nice earbuds, last most of day once charged.

What can I say these won't be this price forever ! BETTER THAN APPLE AIRPODS BY FAR ,the sounds ,bass and overall device is made with thought and care the mics are clear these are just amazing beyond belief I will never buy apple again !

Edit: 08-Oct-2025 - The buds are still going strong, and I love them even more. They are super durable. They have fallen countless times and not even a dent in the case. The buds are also super durable. Shockingly, my house renovation was ongoing and the painter wanted to test the buds to buy one himself. While testing, it fell into the paint bucket. I immediately picked it up from the bucked and put it under the running tap water. I was sure the bud is gone but to my utter surprise, it was working perfectly as new. No sound change or anything whatsoever. I now had mad respect for the Boult team who bought these buds to the consumers. My newfound love for the company. I have gone ahead and bought 4 of these (3 for my family and 1 for the painter) in total, and all are going strong afaik. ❤❤❤❤❤ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edit: 29-May-2025 - After using them for a white, I have begun to realise how decent these TWS are. The price on offer is really good since the TWS have ANC which works good. I also realised the design on the silicon tips are really awesome and prevents earwax buildup. Call quality is also quite good. I am disappointed with the TWS not having dual connectivity and I really miss this feature but I have found that the company never advertised it in the first place and there is no reason to complain about it. The sound lacks a certain punch for sure but the sound quality itself is really good. The app connectivity does not exist and I am unable to pair the TWS with the Boult Amp app which is a negative. Build quality is tremendous for the price. Battery life sucks on ANC mode but that's to be expected. I wish the battery life was better for sure but not a dealbreaker. I have changed my rating to 4 stars as per my newly found respect and appreciation for the buds. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The clarity of the buds is good and so is the battery life. But overall the buds are not as advertised. The Boult Amp app can't find the buds and connect. The dual device connectivity does not work which is a huge disappointment. The buds lack solid base in the sound. I could have gotten a much cheaper buds if the company had not falsely advertised the features. Highly disappointed and would not recommend it to others looking for premium features as they don't exist.

It's my first tws but It's absolutely a worthless product Cons - Fitting for the ear is too tight audio quality is poor While charged the buds are too hot place in the ears Anc is just an word Pros -battery backup is ok Case look and quality is ok *Imp there is no return or exchange option for this product . If I have received an defect I need to send to the boult office is out of tamilnadu . I need to pay for the courier. I need to pay for the buds , if it's damaged or not working i need to put it on the courier on my own rosk

It's been only a month and I'm satisfied w this. Sound quality could have been better, that's the reason I took away 1 star, rest is all good.3.5/5 Anc is good considering its only 32db. 4.5/5 Gaming mode is good. 5/5 As for the durability, I dropped one of the buds accidentally from 6 feet and it still works. 4.5/5 Customer support is utter nonsense tho, No real person to talk to in case of a problem. 1/5 So overall this is worth it till now. If it works for more than 18 months then it's definitely worth 1k rupees.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Extremely Disappointed with Boult Klarity 4, In just 3 months the Right side stopped working. Pathetic Customer Service! I deeply regret buying the Boult Klarity 4 earbuds. The product may seem decent at first, but the real shocker is their horrible customer service. I raised a ticket for an issue, but weeks have passed and there's been no response, no feedback – nothing! I also sent an email, but again, no reply. To make things worse, there’s no customer care number to talk to a real person, and they haven’t even shared a proper email ID for complaints. It's like they’ve vanished after selling the product. This is unacceptable. If you ever face a problem with your Boult product, don’t expect any help from their side. Avoid this brand unless you want to be completely ignored after your purchase. I recommend not to buy Boult products.
