I recommend following the directions on the packaging. There are 8 in the box so you could always remove one to see the results and apply another one if needed.

Not sure what all the mumbojumbo crap at the beginning of the "?" Is.... but if you are needing wound care this worked very well for me. I had a 2" x1/4" burn/avulsion on my wrist from a stout wire wheel brush climbing in my glove with my arm. I'm very active and constantly working...one dressing lasted over three days and I wasn't favoring that arm. I like the fact that you can see most of what is going on in the wound. It will seam to be puffy, but that is osmosis and the body interacting with the honey. I will definitely purchase again and would like to see a range of sizes offered.

My doctor has me change my honey guaze every 3 days. Use sterile saline water to loosen bandage/guaze if it seems stuck.
