Update 11/19 I sprinkle these on my husband's dinner often and he really really enjoys them. I think the difference between good quality organic red pepper flakes and cheepo oxidized ones is quite huge! My husband never uses red pepper flakes as a condiment but I wanted to make him some homemade hot sauce and I took a chance on these. I put the ingredients in a glass jar and mixed with a hand/stick blender. These broke up well with that method and created a great flavor with a really nice warmth that doesn't overwhelm your soul. 10/10 rating from hubby.

Overall great quality, the aroma of spices peppers hits you right away. Use less than you think these are strong peppers. Perfect addition to the kitchen. Only downside as seen in photo is that the container is not very full.

Came in container pictured with double snap lid, one half with roomy sprinkle holes and the other half completely open to pour. The paprika is loose and airy enough to pour and sprinkle nicely. Flavor is very good, slighty smoky and sweet at the same time UPDATE 7/2021: I accidentally reordered another brand of organic paprika last week and it was very spicy, just like the previous time I had ordered that particular brand. So I checked out my past orders and saw this and ordered right away. What a relief to get this! My dishes are once again delicious. My family all enjoyed the different dishes I did with it. The flavor is just as slightly sweet and smoky as before, so the company has good quality control.
