As a curator of fine mayonnaises, I can say for sure this would even knock stephen miller’s shoes off. Highly recommend this to my keto fam.

Pros: The manufacturer uses top-quality ingredients. It tastes better than the regular brands. Cons: The bottle is not too squeezable, and it seems like it will crack. The product is too viscous and lacks fluidity. Considering that 10-15% stays in the bottle, it is too expensive.

First time trying this mayo and right away i loved it great taste and best of all clean ingredients! no canola or seed oils no chemicals or preservatives. This is my go to mayo now.

It tastes okay however, it has a tendency to separate kind of oddly and I'm not able to mix together again. None of the other avocado mayos I purchase separate like this so I'm not sure what's going on but it's been both times that I purchase it. I last time it was a three bottle box but this time I thought I'd give a single package a go. I don't think I will be purchasing again.

I wanted to like this mayo. It has great ingredients, cleaner than many mass-market mayo. But unfortunately, I don't. It has a sort of waxy taste and mouthfeel to it - I get the same taste from mass-produced ghee and it just isn't a flavor I can stand. It tastes like plain (paraffin?) wax candles smell, if that makes sense. So I'm going back to my Kewpie mayo and still searching for an organic mayo we like that doesn't require a special trip to specialty stores.
