The Dolce Flav Apple Extract – 2 Ounce is fantastic! It has a crisp, natural apple flavor that tastes just like fresh apples without any artificial aftertaste. A little goes a long way, making it perfect for baking, candies, beverages, and desserts. It blends easily and consistently, adding a delicious fruity note to any recipe. Definitely a high-quality extract I’ll keep in my kitchen!

I'm Hop by this tastes better in my baked goods. Thus far I've just tasted a tiny bit by itself. I didn't taste much apple flavor; what I mostly tasted is bitter. I live a low carb lifestyle and bought it to try making faux apple pie with zucchini. I want to add the apple taste by adding apple flavoring to it. I gave it 3 stars with the optimistic hope that it'll taste more like a granny smith apple in my zucchini pie. I try for optimism most of the time. I'll reevaluate after making my pie and adjust the stars up or down accordingly. I hope it works out well because somehow I ordered 3 bottles and am still not quite sure how that happened. It must have been during my rush to finish my Christmas shopping.

I got this to try in my iced coffee to add some flavor. Wasn’t a huge fan of it. It had a weird taste, but that could be the coffee in itself as well.

You have to use a lot and it such a small bottle for the price when the flavor is not potent. I had to use about a four dropper fulls to get any flavor to come through in my coffee. I was trying to replicate the apple shaken espresso and it wasn’t strong enough even with the four droppers full. The dropper was also hard to fill, I am not sure why. The actual flavor is fine, it is sweet and tastes like apple but not what I thought I was getting in terms of strength. It basically would take me a third of the bottle to make the espresso and at that point, I might as well buy it as my price point for ingredients would be close to going to the coffee shop. Never baked with it, that may have a different outcome.

Decided to play around with different coffees flavors. Used this with caramel sauce and made a latte. Love it! Will be looking for other uses for it as well.
