I began taking 1 tablespoon of this product with a new product called Olipop prebiotic soda and a dash of pepper about a month ago thinking maybe it will work or maybe not. I take it at 8:00 pm every night and go to bed at 10:00pm. I've had the best sleep that I've had in 5+ years of getting up to pee at night every 2 hrs. I've read the reviews with the broken cap or bad taste. I make sure that a company named Luminize sends it to me. They wrap the bottles with bubble wrap, tape and packing. Never have I had a problem with their shipping. Highly recommend.

The lid is broke and it leak a little out

The taste is good and will help with digestion. I mix mine with water and enjoy the flavor about 30 minutes before bed. Then off to a good nights sleep. This is my second bottle, got the first one at a grocery store. Much cheaper at Amazon.
