Been taking these now for a six months at the recommendation of my doctor after routine bloodwork showed I had low vitamin D. Honestly I only tried this for my husband who has health issues. I'm not sure it did anything. However I will tell you that the PURE Company is the only supplement company I use! A little more expensive but they have the most beneficially sources products!
