I have menopause and I'm a community nurse and I'm always very hot..So I decided to buy a neck fan.. Well this one was going to be my back up so when my first one dies I can use this one.. Not worth it.. Battery doesn't last Its very loud Speed is to slow... I returned it and got my money back and bought another one..

I absolutely love my COOLiFY heating and cooling neck fan! I work from home and use the heat setting while sitting at my desk, and it makes such a difference for my neck and shoulders. When I head outside for a walk on hot days, I switch to the cooling feature, and it keeps me comfortable the whole time. It’s lightweight, easy to wear, and the temperature control is very effective. I did have a small issue at one point where one side stopped heating, but the company’s customer support was fantastic. They responded quickly and sent me a replacement without any hassle. That level of service really impressed me. Overall, this has been one of the most useful and versatile purchases I’ve made. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants comfort year-round!

Communsurate a phobia, something tight around my neck. Does it affect my throat chakra I have yet to detect. In the dry heat of the southern desert it should do quite well, even with a memory of something wanting my voice. I doubt this is ursula, but the tech is quite new, even Abraham wants to know is the device survivable? Not all technology is the same. The point of it is to enjoy the 114° days, and then enjoy the days after them too, Space and Time and Matter will never be the same, and must function, even recall the history at Camp Kitaki, it was humid there too, I wish I had the same thing there but that was before a silicon transistor could do such a thing, so I know it is worth the wait. Sometimes archery is hitting the target to keep eveyone safe and allow the future to differentiate to cool the impossible heat, to cure the impossible thirst, and to communicate in gratitude such a gift I give to me. EDIT: the manufacturer did reach out to offer a full refund. I have since returned the Cyber and ordered their less expensive entry-level Torras cooler at $129. I appreciate that they took the time to read my review and offer resolution. Customer service like this is priceless! 2 stars because it actually does cool as described. I couldn’t be happier with that part. 3 stars off for sending me a returned item with no cord at all. I did receive the cardboard where the cord should go but that and some randomly scattered teardrop shaped papers inside the zippered case was it. Thankfully, the cooling fan already had enough of a charge on it to test to be sure it worked. And that it did. No complaints there. I suppose I should’ve noticed it was a return based on the way the case almost completely unzipped upon receipt. All videos I had watched to help me make a decision showed that the case zipped up each side and came down to the lower center of the case for closure. Fortunately the zipper does work once you get it to the proper sides. I did note 4 things that concerned me. 1) The bottom of the fan (underneath at the opening) was warm even when the air was set to cool. It seemed like a hot battery although I have no real concept of where the battery is located. The warmth came from both sides. While wearing, I didn’t notice it that much - only when I took it off. Seems odd to me. It would never have burned me but left me feeling it could counter the cool part. 2) The weight of the cooler/fan was much heavier than expected. If you have neck issues, I’d steer clear of this model. I will say that while wearing it outside, the coolness felt so good, I didn’t really notice the weight on my neck. Inside just sitting in a chair, it was really uncomfortable. The front arms rested somewhat on my collar bones when seated. Outside in an upright position, it wasn’t nearly as noticeable. 3) If you have dry eyes, anything more than the 30 setting on cool will drive you crazy. On the 30 setting, the air runs down your back more and the cool neck pad is simply perfection. On the 60 and 100 settings, the higher air flow immediately began to dry my eyes out. It seems I will never be able to use those higher settings or the cooling pads on the side for that reason. I wish there was a model with the cooling pad and fan at the neck without the high fan settings on the sides. Side cooling is a huge plus. 4) The way the settings are buried underneath, they’re extremely hard to find and adjust. Given the other issues, I would simply set it at 30 on the cool mode and never change it. Given that I’m returning this cooler/fan asap - in the condition it was sent to me - I didn’t bother to test the heater or the app. So I’m back to the drawing board on my research and likely won’t choose this brand again given the sloppy presentation of what I received. While my husband is returning, I’m back to watching online videos so I get a cooler/fan before the summer ends. Sure wish this had been “the one.”
