Needing a Portable Power Station? You should deifintely review this one.
Not bad, not bad at all! It was incredibly well boxed in strong cardboard and, which for items like this tells me the seller is someone who is serious about their products and how well their products present to their buyers. I've used much smaller power banks in the past and they've all been pretty reasonable, but I spend more time outdoors and needed to run more electrical units like a 1500 watt room heater, cooling fans and the ability to recharge my phone, Drone batteries, emergency battery powered jumper cables, tire inflater, etc. This is a quiet unit right around 30 dB when running or charging which is incredibly quiet, close to a quiet whisper which is very respectable IMHO especially when sleeping, listening to music at a low volume or out hunting. After unboxing the Explorer, I plugged it in to completely charge it before use as is suggested in the instructions. It came with 79% charged, so getting to 100% took only a few minutes. The app you can download has an Emergency charging option that significantly decreases the charging time which is an A+ especially on a tight schedule. I tested the USB ports to make sure they were all functioning properly, which they were. It has 3 AC inputs which is perfect for my present needs. I tested my 1500 watt Space Heater going from fan only to the first heater (750 watt) option, then to the 2nd heater (1500 watt) option and all went very smooth. The second test was to assess the ability for the, up to 3000 watt surge, as is needed in heaters and/or small 1500 watt compressors (you need to know that some types of motors may require more than the 3000 surge watts for startup and choose accordingly.) Starting the heater on HI option II (1500 watts) right off the bat showed the Explorer output climb only 1875 watts then fall to the heaters running watts of 1450. As for funtionability, everything went perfectly as described. The LED panel looks very impressive, bright and is very professionally done. It has a power saving option set at default in case you forget about it and will turn itself off after 12 hours. This option can be changed if wanted. It appears to be built very solid in case it is accidently dropped, etc. There is also a round inch or so in diameter LED light on the front panel to help one see really well even in complete darkness. There are 3 light settings: low, high and SOS modes and believe me, the light is extremely bright. If you enjoy seeing circles, it'll get you there. There's a cigarette port charging option as well as a DC recharging port that can be utilized from your vehicle's cigarette port and of course there's the standard AC recharging port as well. I was fortunate to have purchased it and the carrying bag for 41% off and compared to the other well-made generators I researched, feel the buy was an excellent choice. At first, I thought $50 bucks for the carrying bag was a bit much, but after receiving it, I'm very impressed with how well and thought out the bag is, so I am very satisfied and feel the $50 was reasonable. Overall, I give the Jackery Explorer 1000 v2 Portable Power Station and Carrying Bag a solid 5 Stars for everything I've mentioned above. As for commenting on any Cons, I feel I'd only be nitpicking so I won't waste either of our times.

Great Solar Generator
My husband has been looking for a solar generator for some time, this one checked the boxes on everything he wants. We are able to use it to run our camper during the fall time where we don’t have to use the traditional generator. It is well made and the battery lasts. It has even been used at our house in instances where we have lost power for short periods of time. It is easy to carry around, light weight, and easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Reliable home backup power
I purchased this unit to prepare for the hurricane season in Florida. Although I haven’t had a chance to use it during an outage, I have been using it extensively over the past week to test its reliability in keeping the household functioning smoothly. Here’s a detailed account of how I utilized this powerhouse: I set up the Explorer 1000 v2 in a central location within my home for easy access. The first priority was to connect the refrigerator to prevent food spoilage. The 1500W AC output was more than sufficient to keep it running without any hiccups. I also connected a portable air conditioning unit to test it, as outages often happen during particularly hot spells. The power station handled both appliances simultaneously, and I am satisfied with the results. With the power station’s multiple charging ports, I was able to keep all our essential communication devices powered. I used the 100W PD USB-C ports to quickly charge smartphones and a tablet. The fast charging ensured our phones were ready to use much quicker than standard chargers, keeping us connected to family and emergency services. Throughout the testing, I actively used the Jackery app to monitor the power station’s battery level and manage its output. The app allowed me to switch between charging modes depending on our power needs, which may be helpful in prolonging battery life over several hours of an outage. At night, utilizing the quiet mode was beneficial. It significantly reduced the noise level, allowing my family and me to sleep without disturbance while still powering our fridge and a few fans throughout the night. I also have a gas generator at home, and using the Explorer 1000 v2 is a totally different experience. The absence of generator noise makes you forget the fact that you are using backup power. As for the charging speed, Jackery claims a one-hour recharge feature for the Explorer 1000 v2 when the emergency charging mode is activated in the app. While the one-hour recharge is convenient and charges quickly as advertised, it reverts to normal charging mode after each quick charge. So, I just stick with the normal charging mode most of the time. It takes about 1 hour and 40 minutes to recharge the 1000 v2 from 0 to 100%, which is good enough for me. Overall, the Explorer 1000 v2 can be trusted as a backup power source during outages. It’s a versatile, powerful tool that will keep our household safe and comfortable.

It delivers plenty of power for electronics, small appliances, and tools, with stable pure sine wave output. With multiple ports and a long-lasting battery, it’s a dependable power solution when you need it most.

Worth the money for this Jackery
Works as intended and battery lasts for days. If using a heater though and it’s pulling 900watts or more the time this thing will power that is about 1-2 hours. It powers all my appliances on the go with no problem for hours on end. Sometimes all day.

Si la encuentras a buen precio está bien, funciona perfecto. Ahora mismo hay más opciones que podrían tener más escalabilidad

Great little unit, solar panels work well, can also charge it with supplied power cord. Easy to carry and use, multiple ports available and Bluetooth capable...simply wow! Love it

But I didn't! So far this thing has blown me away on its initial outing. I have never used something like this before. I got this instead of a small gas jenny. It filled 3 queen size air mattresses, 4 Single Tubes (nice ones) a 4 person party island. Charged every electronic device shoved at it, 6 cell phones, a few battery packs, a few (honestly unknown) flashlights, a bunch of kids radios a few times, a mosquitoes coil thing a couple times and we used it to power a USB light off and on for realistically not that long. It only took it down to 71%, so I got home, and plugged in a big box fan and ran it for three hours. It took it down to 60% I am blown away by this. It shows right on the display the power you are pulling and how long it will last at that level. You can turn the outlets on or off at the AC side or the USB outlets. With it plugged in and charging it tells you how long it will take. The solar panels have a charging cable that has a USB port right in it, I never it though. I reckon if I kept the solar panels adjusted pretty regularly it would take the time quoted to get them charged. That hasn't been what I have done, but they seem to be doing the job. Not only would I buy this again. I started show boating it to my friends. I think this little thing isn't just functional, it's awesome. I might be older then I thought...

At first, I would like to return the unit for a bigger one but the Jackery's representative asked me to keep it for environment reason with 20% off. Since I received it already, I agreed. However, all the USB connectors were defective so I would like a refund. Jackery said I could only sent it back and get a replacement or they would give me another 20%. Since I agreed to keep it as it was sent to me already; however, now I had to return it so there was no reason for me to keep it. Not only that, when I first ordered, I selected the 12 month payments with no interest from Amazon and I deposited a few month payments into the MBNA account already. However, afterwards I realized it was charged into my Walmart Mastercard and I could not log into my Mastercard account for a while. Not only I had to pay interest for late payment but also would have had to pay interest every month if I had not paid the amount in full. Jackery team said I had to deal with Amazon about that as the transaction took place on Amazon's platform (it kept happening with the orders afterwards even though I asked Amazon representative if I was doing it right and I was told I did). After many messages and too much trouble of talking to Amazon and Jackery representatives, I agreed another 20% off as I wanted to get it over with. Nevertheless, since June 2025, I have not received the refunded amount and talked /messaged to the Jackery or Amazon teams but in vain. Since I reported someone at work, I have had a lot of problems with Amazon's orders, which had never happened before.
