Hawkins Futura 26 cm Tava, Hard Anodised Tawa with Stainless Steel Handle, Black (AT26)

This is made of very good material but it is in concave shape... I prefer flat surface for tawa although it is very good, heat distribution is even... Since it is very Heavy once it is hot it retains evenly distributed heat for long time and if you maintain medium flame after heating it.... it does not burns roties... Very good performance of the product. It is scratch resistant .... I have purchase 28cm size it is quite good and big.. Coating on the tawa is very good... I have used metal spoons also but no scratches are visible..very easy to clean. Nice product .

It is non stick, not bad to use, I use for chapati and works well for omlettes too.. it's a little deep at the center not flat, weight is more.. only thing is it's hard to clean didn't figure out how to clean it yet, just normal dishwasher will not get the black color out

High quality and well made. I like the double brackets at the end of the handle as normal pans have only single brackets which get loose with time. Perfect size for my needs see the size measurements ive shown in the pics

This one from "futura" with 5 years warranty is just breathtaking. been using since 4-5 months and performance is world class with no sign of any wear or tear. Thank you amazon for good discount.

Best tawa

I'm writing this review 2 weeks after purchasing and using the tawa. Though it is very sturdy, I'm not very happy with the quality. In the first week of use itself it started getting stains on the upper surface. In the second week when I made parathas, the oil stains have stuck to the pan and won't come off irrespective of the amount of washing that is done. Very pathetic

I have purchaed in mid of 2024 and my wife liked itOnly one issue is there if used more than half hour its handle get heated slowlyOtherwise good quality size 26" scratch resistence

purchased Hawkins futura hard anodised TAWA on amazon,used it once to make roti and the tawa is fully brown with lot if raised bubbles on the surface and bottom has lost paint which leaked on to my new prestige svachch gas stove and burnt paint is now stuck on my brass burners and even glass top of the cook top of my brand new prestige Svachch 8200Rs cook topIt says 5 year warranty for a horrible product like this.I also purchased futura dosa tava which i am scared to use ( worth 1500Rs).I am shocked that this product has thousands of 4 star reviews which fooled me and i bought this tava and dosa tava of futura.Have emailed hawkins but not sure if i will get any reply or help..Please dont waste your money on futura tavas
