Biluma excellent
I have talangiectasia & pigmentation due to the condition. This cream has been the only one that seemed to calm my skin and I saw a reduction in the redness immediately & lightening of the pigmentation in 2 weeks. I used day and night & applied a bit extra on the red blotches & pigmentation. Ordered another tube & 2 more as it takes a bit longer to come...but worth the wait. Wish it came in a larger tube.
