Warning: The top plug isn't a voltage converter, it just a adapter socket, it cannot transform the foreign electricity. Only the bottom plug is a voltage converter. Voltage converter and plugs worked fine so the item is really good. Each one was able to work perfectly with my hair blow dryer.This voltage converter works very well for traveling outside the US... it's so easy to use and carry, durable, super-high quality, dual outlets with dual USB ports. At first, I didn't konw the converter socket not fit for electric toot brush, I was so confused and thought it's a faker. I double check the instructions manual and found that the converter mode cannot work for Low-Wattage Devices(0-25W). Actually, my toothbrush is a low rating power device. Anyways, it's a really a travel savior for me to other countries and regions. I would still recommend this to anyone that loves to travel outside of the US.

This is the first negative review I have ever written but i feel like i need to share this info especially since I wrote to the company 2 1/2 weeks ago and no answer.We were about to take a trip to Europe, and I wanted to be able to use my Revlon brush blower and my babyliss pro flat iron. This converter specified that it was meant for hair, blowers, and flat irons!When I went to dry my hair in Greece, my hair brush blower was plugged into the converter and although the blower seemed to be working it became unusually hot, even the handle got burning hot. I couldn’t hold it any more and set it down. I unplugged it and plugged in the flat iron. It was making a low buzzing sound, which I thought maybe was how it sounds when it goes through a converter? Within a minute it blew the breaker in our room and the flat iron would never turn on again! It was pretty new. Then I looked at the hair blower and noticed a lot of the bristles melted and were curled up from the heat!!So the converter that I bought not only didn’t work at all, but ruined my products! Amazon refunded the converter that was $40 but my brush blower was $50 and the baby list pro flat iron cost $160, both ruined. I went out and bought another identical blower but wrote the company, telling them what happened and asking for reimbursement for the flat iron that got ruined.I wrote them several weeks ago and they have not answered. So unfortunately this wasNOT a reputable company.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT if you are using it for a blower or a flat iron!!!

It worked in England but always got hot. Did fry my android charger. Also fried a hair brush. But was able to keep phones charged and use hair dryer.

This product is worth every penny since I am carrying with me during my trip in China now. Now I can blow dry my hair properly from this monsoon season. I bought this for my international travel. I have traveled to many Asian countries where I would need to carry different types of power adapters. This one solveall the problems. It comes with 3 plugs and 4 usb connections which makes everything super convenient. Although a little expensive, but it's very useful, very suitable for international travel, small size, light weight and easy to carry.When using it, you should pay attention to the fact that it has two converter plugs, which can meet the use of many electrical appliances and is safe. I like it very much.

Used a hair dryer in Italy and it caught on fire. Not sure this is the model for larger devices other than electronics even though it has the pics for other devices!

I bought this adapter for my long awaited trip to Italy. As I was touring many areas, so I needed something small but powerful. It served both. I especially liked that it had extra USB connectors - I was able to recharge my phone, watch, and portable fan (which was needed as it was very hot when I was there) every night. I have recommended this product to many others who are traveling abroad. Excellent choice.

I could not find a review about Italy so here’s mine this worked great for my hair dryer and curling iron i never had a issue with my hair tool over heating or breaking this was the best adapter/converter I’ve ever purchased if i travel to Europe any time soon ill definitely be sure to repurchase this
