I’ve been using this Pilates reformer for about two months now, and I’m really happy with it. My body looks great and it works well, feels stable, and I haven’t had any issues so far. Now that I have more experience, I can see the difference between this and more expensive models in the $700–800 range — especially the ones with just springs instead of resistance bands and springs , and a longer frame. Those details really do matter if you plan to advance your practice. But for a first-time, budget-friendly reformer, this one is perfect. It’s a great way to get started with Pilates at home without spending a fortune. Highly recommend!

The product was for a Christmas gift and was delivered promptly. The reformer is well built and not difficult to put together. There are picture instructions (in color) showing what to do. I would highly recommend this especially for someone wanting to learn Pilates. This is a great beginner/intermediate reformer for home use. The company was great to work with - when I had questions they responded quickly! This also comes with a small reformer box which many others don’t seem to have.

Its good and can do most of the thing that you need for it to do. not giving 5 star because some part are damage out of the box, not good feeling when you open up somehting new. (photo for reference) The assembly was straight forward, although some part has a very tight fit and requires some force. Its not complicated to fold up and store but for me I find it quite heavy and will be finding some where to have it out permanently rather than having to put it away every time.

The reformer came nicely packaged and it didn’t take too long to assemble. I did need help though since the reformer is quite heavy. Although the reformer works as expected, I probably wouldn’t purchase again because of the following. One, the springs don’t have colors, so if you are following a class it’s really difficult to know what spring to use. I also don’t like how the cords connect under the foot rest. If I wanted to use the cords during a workout, I would have to remove the foot rest each time and it’s not that simple. The box it comes with is small and not your typical Pilates size. It’s short and narrow. The carriage itself is not wide enough either. I find it difficult to do some of the ab work to the side because of this. The reformer is also too low to the ground so some of the lunging exercises really don’t work and hurt your knees. Also, I don’t understand why they have 2 sets of holes for the shoulder pads. At least provide some padding to insert so that when you need to step on that section it doesn’t hurt. The reformer also has a strong smell and it will take a good 2 weeks to air out so keep that in mind. It is sturdy and I feel like the carriage glides ok. I would say noise is minimal. It’s also kind of hard to fold up and unfold sometimes because it’s so heavy so you have to be extra careful that it doesn’t land on your feet. The price was good though so I’m glad I didn’t spend too much on it and will continue to use even with its flaws.

This Pilates reformer is exactly what I was looking for. My husband installed it just two days ago, and I’ve already used it twice. It’s good quality and easy to fold if you need to store it away. We had a few issues at the beginning, but the seller was very understanding and easy to work with. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re looking for a sturdy at-home Pilates machine.

The only reason I gave this reformer one star is for the amazing customer service…they were great! This reformer would work great for a very short beginner. It’s definitely mini-sized. Mine, unfortunately arrived damaged in so many places…there was a rip in the padded box, plus the wood inside the box was splintered. The frame was bent. Another tear on the jump board. It is so much smaller than what I’m used to at the studio but figured it would be great for at-home workouts. Since the frame was so bent, it didn’t even get all the way put together. Now it’s sitting in my garage waiting for the next large trash pick-up. I did receive a full refund from the company, and that was a relief. I went to a different site and bought a different reformer that cost 3 x the money, but was so worth it.

I am so happy with my purchase. This is truly the perfect Pilates machine! Stable, well-made and solid construction! so many of the Pilates machines have higher legs and come across as unstable. This one has lower to the ground solid support legs and really mirror the true more expensive Pilates machines. Also, an added plus this came with different weight cables (most have 5 of the same weight typically 5 x 11 LB) AND this came with the Pilates Box (if you had to buy this separately the average cost is approx. 100.00!) this Box adds on an additional variety of workouts. PERFECT customer service - I had a few questions and they responded within hours - also great instructional video for set up goes through easy-to-understand steps made setting up a breeze. Super-fast shipping and Very Fair price- the size of this machine can accommodate all heights. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PILATES MACHINE!!

Love my reformer. I’ve been working out for almost two weeks and never thought I’d see the day where I would look forward to working out. I actually look forward to working out!
