I've been using GoPros for a while. The GoPro Heron13 makes some incremental improvements from previous models. If you have more than one, the app provides a QR code method for syncing time codes. Im glad they have an option in white. This will help keep the camera a bit cooler when using it out in the sun. These cameras are also extremely modular with interchangeable lenses and external batteries. I can not use my main camera in all environments. But the GoPro fills in for harsh spaces quite easily. It also provides better quality than most dash cameras. Whether over WiFi or Bluetooth, the camera provides options for controlling it without touching it.

Sadly, I don't think I will EVER do justice to this little GoPro. It's just a SUPER Great little action camera - SUPER impressed with all the features & there's just a insane amount of after market bit's you can get. I've had to use this GoPro as my dashcam until I could sort out some other odd quirks I was having with various options from Wolfbox - but - MAN - this little camera is SO cool !!! ... Picture quality is amazing - I had ZERO heat issues with it - granted my drive from home to work is all of 12mins max - thus - this little camera didn't have a real chance to overheat as many complain. I did - once - just for the fun it - did leave it on & sitting on my dash of my 07 C6 Corvette & again - didn't have any issues - it just sat there - a silent sentinel & just recording life as it happened. Nothing exciting thankfully - but - bottom line ... my little GoPro was happy - thus - I'm FINALLY happy owning a GoPro ...

I bought the camera expecting the high quality that this brand is known for – and indeed, the image is sharp, the colors are rich, and the features are varied and advanced. But unfortunately, already in the first uses I noticed that it gets very hot, even with light use and in a cool, air-conditioned place. After a short time of shooting, the device feels alarmingly hot – which definitely harms the user experience and also raises questions about the longevity of the components. In conclusion – a quality camera with high potential, but from a brand of this level I would expect a serious consideration of the heating problem

The recording was sensational! It was great quality the battery life is an issue tho I would definitely recommend to buy another brand battery pack!

I chose the GoPro 13 white camera for several reasons. It will stay cool in the sun on the windsurfing beach or snorkeling reef. I have a black pelican case full of black accessories and cameras and a white camera stands out. The camera has more power and features that allow me to record my experiences in the sky, on the land and in the water day and night. Recording in slow motion or time lapse is easy and in conjunction with the Quick app you can create an awesome video.

The camera overheated, setting on a tripod in a classroom, and shut off after 20 minutes due to overheating. Cool down a 1/2 hr to run again, only 15 minutes or less. I returned the camera.

problem when opened package ,there was a tiny blue plastic inside the lens just lying there not attached to anything , email go pro and was told its the alignment for the lens when changinging lens ,said it was no concern so they said it was fine without it ,no 1 if it was fine then why do they put it on the lens for alignment when installing lens …no 2 i paid good money for a product that is no up to par ,,no 3 they just blew me off .so with that said if there not going to make it right the i can’t say anything good about go pro products no 4 ,i have a working go pro and have had others and they were not a problem ,the only reason i bought this one was because they dont make the replacement battery any more for my old one and this one has more features and i am able to change lens types .i am not returning it because it works fine except for there alignment tab which is in the box it came in but i will not buy it again and dont recommend go pro ..GO BUY DJI OR GARMIN OR ANOTHER BRAND ,,just because there customer service sucks ,what a joke they dont fix anything first day out the box ,hope this helps in your go pro purchase ,400 plus dollars for this crap

The white colour is a better choice for a chest mount in direct sunlight as it will absorb less heat from direct sunlight.

love this go pro. use it as a dash cam in my car. great video and pictures. just wish the battery would last longer.

Great produce. Surprisingly durable. Happy with the easy to use app, but it offers so much more if you want to dig in to the options and play with the settings. Bought this for my vacation to the Bahamas. So far I’ve only used it for simple projects like capturing the bird feedings. Will update later.

It’s a gray GoPro but insta360 has been easier to edit and enjoy. Colour if exterior hasn’t mattered as I use cases for my motorcycle use

Got a defective Battery. Didn't charge with any type of charger. Not even with the official cable. Had to buy a replacement battery.
