Great game for families
Great little game. Box is even smaller than the box for crew deep sea mission. Its essentially a totally different game but with the same goal of playing certain cards as a group effort without talking. Instead of it being a trick taking game, the way cards are played are like uno. The missions are predetermined (not random like in crew). I'm only 20% of the way through the game (8/35 scenarios) and will say that these mechanics does make it easier for the kids to understand. I predict the more difficult scenarios will be coming up soon. The other pro I have for this game is that the theme/story is better throught out. The cards are not only colored and numbered. But each card has a person or item on it. So for the first mission, youre on a boat and it gets invaded by pirates. The goal of the first mission is to play a specific pirate and the boat. So unlike regular crew, I'm actually interested in reading the log book. The kids are also really entertained by the story in the logbook too. And as I read the story, sometimes they try to guess what the goal will be. Great game to start teaching the kids strategy and teamwork.

Super Fun Family Game!
We were so excited to see a new "Crew" game. We picked it up to take to our family holiday trip, and it was a big hit. The game is cooperative, so you have to work together, and it just adds a nice difference to the usual competition-type games. What a great addition to our game collection!

Not as fun as the original
This version of the Crew game is not nearly as fun, challenging and engaging as the first two are. Maybe it would be better for a family with young kids, but for adults it falls flat.

Great game! Don't need to know anything about the other crew versions to play
Great game! Totally different mechanics than the other two crew games. Did not feel "easier" but certainly was very enjoyable in the way the other crew games are. More of a "UNO" game mechanic than spades but still similar with regards to signaling and constraints.

Not my favorite, but still fun.
This game is a little complicated to set up, but play was easy and enjoyable. You work your way through different chapters, each game, keeping track of where you left off. It adapts for different players to join in occasionally, which we like. I can see this being fun mini game ritual for families. But to be honest, I kind of forget we have it. I like the variety of characters and the array of problem solving you'll need, but am not a fan of the general story.

Great Co-op Game!
Our family LOVES the basic Crew game and thought we'd give this version a try. Did not disappoint. Some new playing dynamics that were fun to play. We're a competitive family, but it's also night to take a break and work together for a change!

Too easy
I was hoping this would be like the original crew game but it’s not at all. Didn’t take very long to get through all the levels because it’s very easy. I would classify this more as a kids version of the original crew game.
