Makes fairly good balloon launchers
Used these to make water balloon launchers for my grandkids from a YouTube video. They didn't work quite as well as the ones in the video, but the grandkids had fun with the launchers.

What a great gift - easy to exercise when traveling
I received this set as a gift for me to exercise when I travel. It came with 2 resistance tubes both have handles which are comforable to hold for long exercises. Most resistance bands do not have the such design for your hands. It came with a A4 size color pictures of various workout you can do - very clear and easy to follow. I just took a picture and now I have the instruction with me anywhere I travel. Both tubes are very light and easy to pack in carry-on or backpack. I love them.
