Fit comfortably in the ear I can hear very clear.

I have been using this one for over a year, and have found it to be ultra comfortable, great sound and very good quality. It is very soft silicon and has lasted far longer than any other piece I have used. Much worth it!Yesterday it came off in my car and I could not find it. I was devastated. I cannot wear any other ear piece for 10 or 12 hours and be comfortable.Do yourself a favor and buy this ear piece, if you don’t like it, you’ve only lost about $17 dollars, but chances are, you will love this!

Absolutely amazing! It is comfortable and you can hear out of it very well. Both radio traffic and non radio traffic. The only downside is buying replacements. If you lose one of these guys it is a costly mishap. Great product! Not so great price.

Very comfortable to wear with radio earpiece equipment. Doesn't isolate external noise as the original radio earpiece, but the comfort level will exceed that.

The description of these hearing aides sounder great. However, they did nothing. I would describe it as putting a random piece of plastic in my ear.

The most annoying thing about hearing aids is the screeching - such as when you hug someone, or a jet flies overhead, or when your ear gets close to anything. This solved that problem perfectly bc it really forms to your ear & no more squealing! I only have one hearing aid so the price is pretty steep when I only can use one of them from the pair. Still worth it to me.

Nice peice but it does reduce your hearing and situational awareness quite a bit in one ear. I'd go open ended if you're worried about safety
