Repeated Repairs, High Costs, No Service Response – Very Frustrating Experience
I am extremely disappointed with Kent RO Systems service. My first request took over a week, and I paid nearly ₹7000 for filter replacements. Soon after, excessive water discharge started, so the filter valve was replaced. Then the display showed a UV Failure error. It took more than 20 days for a technician to visit and replace the choke and digital display for ₹1800. Shockingly, the same UV Failure appeared again the very next day. I raised another complaint, but no one has called yet. Even customer care couldn’t reach the service team. Within two years of purchase, so many parts failed, and I’m forced to buy drinking water outside.
