One of the gels was open and it was spilled all over the package.

Just achieved PB in half marathon. This gell made it much easier effort compared to the last time I ran a race with similar distance at a lower pace

I like the taste of these gels and they are very effective in maintaining my energy level during a marathon. In addition to maintaining the carb level, there's some electrolytes in the content as well. With these gels they are like drinking liquids which allows for easy abortion and can be taken without water.
