4 Poles were damaged and they will not replace them...no warranty, whatsoever. Buyer beware.

Withstood winds and rains. But the first snow collapsed the tent. It was definitely not a true 10x20, was replacing one that had been damaged by a falling limb. This is cheaply made. It did function well, when it wasnt in a heap which is why I gave it 2 stars.

we were replacing our 10x20 that we had for 5 years with no issues. This one ripped in a few spots after one weekend of use. I would not buy this brand again.

This is NOT a true 10 x 20. Lacking six inches in width alone. It looks nice. Sharp looking! Poles are small in diameter. It might last a season. I would not recommend.

Does not hold up at all! Less than 6 months up and has ripped both doors so they can’t be closed anymore. Would not recommend.

I bought one and my son bought one, mine was fine, but my sons had numerous tiny holes in the roof. Of course you couldn’t see this till fully assembled and the light shine through. He contacted seller who offered him $15 to go buy a repair kit to patch 50-100 holes. That is not acceptable on a brand new item
