I bought this when on discount for £23, and I think that is a fair price to pay! When it arrived I was surprised at how small the box was, considering it had ‘150 cubes’, but nonetheless I was happy to gift it to the boys I nanny for as they love Minecraft & I desperately wanted to give them something fun that was non computer based! Anyhow, the boys 6 & 8, absolutely LOVE IT! played non stop for two hours, got a message today from the mum saying they keep playing and what a great present! The magnets are much stronger than I imagined, which means they can create sturdy structures and let their imaginations run wild! The colours are great and I love that it comes with an instruction sheet of ideas for inspiration as this is what they started off with, before developing more imagination and having fun! Genuinely probably one of the best received gifts I have given to a child! Although what they say is the full price ‘£50..’ is absolutely no way ! And even current reduction for £36 I would not do! If you see this for £25 and under - do it! You won’t regret it ☺️

The lava cubes, unsurprisingly, were a big hit with my seven-year-old. At the same time, the magnetic strength is spot on - firm enough to keep builds stable, yet easy for younger children to separate. Ideal. A small instruction leaflet is included, offering some design ideas and inspiration, though the real magic comes from free building. It’s been great to see our children, aged four and seven, collaborate, problem-solve and invent their own creations together. The tactile, visual nature of the blocks also makes them a strong educational toy, introducing STEM concepts like balance, symmetry and spatial awareness in a natural, play-based way. The included storage bag is a thoughtful touch, making cleanup quick and storage tidy. The pieces are lightweight and easy to pack away, which also makes the set great for travel or playdates. Overall, this is a well-made, colourful and highly engaging construction toy that delivers huge replay value. It encourages creativity and teamwork in a way that feels both educational and genuinely fun.

Great toy, the kids love playing with it. The fact that the blocks are magnetic really helps with how they can be put together.

Excellent present for my grandchildren aged 10 and 5. Even the adults enjoyed building. Well made and colourful. I would recommend these to be bought.

Coole magnetische Bausteine. Die Kinder verlieren somit keine Geduld beim Bauen 👍 Meine Enkel finden diese genial. Nur aufpassen, nicht mit anderen Firmen teilweise kompatibel, da es unterschiedliche Größen gibt. Ist aber kein Problem: von dieser Firma gibt es tolle Erweiterungen.
