Loved them. I had the smaller shaped handle paddles. These paddles make my stroke cleaner and stronger.

I like how they give you three straps per paddle and you can put them on however you desire, I used these for college swimming and now I use them for masters swimming there is definitely a huge difference between these that aren’t completely flat and the other flat ones you can get on the market

Great product but had to return since my daughter doesn’t want a Halloween pattern.

Cut almost 20 minuites off time to swim 1.2 mile cardio workout, 1hr 22-3m to 1h 2-3m.3 times a week. Had swim fin gloves they fell apart in 1-1/2 months, these will probably last this 84 year old man until I drop my working tools.

My son uses these daily and he loves them. They are bright and impossible to lose.
