These taste like candy! So good. Sometimes gummie vitamins don’t taste great or leave a weird film but these are not like that.

I have very bad ibs and my niece recommended these to me because they work well for her. I’m so glad I decided to try them because nothing ever works for my constipation. I took two as soon as I got them and I was able to poop the same day. They taste great and are keeping me on a pretty good schedule. I don’t like the kardashians, and this brand comes from one of them so at first I didn’t want to buy them, but they work for my niece so I figured I’d give them a try. I will be buying them regularly.

I'm giving this product a one star review because the packaging is terrible. The safety seal doesn't seal. The bottle came opened and I felt like it was unsafe to consume the product due to the safely seal not being sealed. I have read many other reviews that have had the same issue with the safety seal. Lemme makes it really hard to get a refund or a replacement because they list their items as "not eligible for returns or replacements" so, you basically waste your money for an unsealed bottle of dried out gummies.

I’ve been taking these gummies for a couple of weeks, and they’ve made a big difference! They taste great — no weird aftertaste — and help keep everything regular and comfortable. Easy to add to my routine, and I’ll definitely keep using them!

I’ve only been taking these for 2 weeks and I went from having a bowel movement once a week to every other day.

I have been on tirze for over six months, ever since I started, I haven’t been on a regular schedule, before tirze I would go almost everyday. Now being on tirze I would go maybe 3x a week. Well, I started Lemme Probiotic and Fiber this afternoon at 12pm and had to go at like 2pm. I would recommend this! I have used other probiotics and fiber gummies that hasn’t given me the same effect as Lemme.

WOW!! I have IBS and have struggled my ENTIRE life with having regular bowel movements.. Getting incredibly sick, in and out of the hospital, etc... This product SAVED me! 🤣 No joke! Not even a week of using it, I started a routine of going everyday at the same time. Just waking up and having to go. I would definitely recommend these gummies because they are YUMMY and are very effective! If you struggle like me with using the bathroom, and want something other than another hospital trip, an enema🫣 or a nasty laxative… THIS IS IT!
