Cami Waist Cincher & Waist Trainer – Hourglass Essentials Neoprene Sweat Vest for Body Sculpting & Core Support

As someone who has tried out several waist trainers/cinchers, I'm pleasantly surprised with this one! Firstly, I love that it's a full vest. In addition to burning/sculpting my mid-section, it aids my posture. It did take a while for me to start to see some results, but I trusted the process and the results have been great so far. Regarding the detachable belt- it rolls up quite a few times but I'm not too bothered with it as the vest itself is does the job with such a breathable fabric. I was a bit skeptical with sizing- I'm approx. 180lbs and thankfully the large works just great for me!

Okayyy so I’ve been using this waist trainer for a few days now and I’m honestly loving it! I’ve mostly worn it on my walks but today I worked out in it and it felt so good. The material is super soft — no stiff wires or anything uncomfortable, which I love. One of my favorite things about it is that it’s not just a waist trainer — it’s a full vest! It goes all the way up your back and the straps wrap around under your arms too. So you’re not just sweating around the waist… you’re also getting that heat in your upper back and underarms, which is perfect for me because I love targeting those areas. The detachable belt lets me tighten it how I want, and it actually stays in place. No rolling, no shifting, no weird bulging like with other ones I’ve tried. I could feel the sweat building up so fast — even just walking in it gets things going. I’ve been recording my progress and I’m planning to track everything over the next two weeks. So far, it’s giving what it needs to give, okay!

I've had this shaper since Dec 12th and I'm disappointed that after having a little over a month it's coming apart already. The waist band rolls continuously and now the elastic that seals the band at the waist now has a hole after the thread came apart from fabric. I was looking forward to this band being sturdy and being able to withstand wear, but I see now not the case. I contacted customer service and they are allowing me to return.

The vest fit good by now it's a little loose now but the velcro belt moves and does not stay in place when I wear while working out or at work disappointed with that especially with the price I paid.

The Hot Shaper does bring your workout to the next level. Helping to sweet out your core to perfection giving you a more hourglass shaped abs. Also I feel that the tightness that this provides helps to make sure you are keeping your core tight and engaging it the entire time you are working out. The only thing that is keeping me from giving this a 5⭐️ is that it is a pain to put on and take off. I do wish this was a zipper versus the eye hooks because it does take while out in and that does make me not want to reach for it every time I work out.

My 2nd purchase ....needed a smaller size (not a bad problem to have). This is a great product, it's comfortable as I've slept in this and I've spent a full day in it. It works great !

I’ve been using it for a while now and it definitely helps me sweat more during workouts, increases heat and helps me look snatched! Love it. For reference, I have a not-so active lifestyle but I still try to make it to the gym 2-3 days a week to strength train. Wearing this improved my posture, easing the form for my workouts, helped me sweat a lot and shed the water weight and also the warmth maximises the calorie burn. And it snatches you immediately like any corset so it’s a win-win.
