So I've been stressing out and I know that my cortisol levels are very very high so I purchased these thinking that they may not work ...guys the first night I promise you listen to me the first night I took them!! I have been stressing out for over a month to the point where my hair is shedding I'm breaking out I'm gaining weight .. the night that I took these because it says take it before bed... I layed down and I already knew that I was about to stress out and overthink let me tell you I had no care in the world I literally said oh my God it's going to work out I don't care I'll figure it out this really does help with stress and I did sleep okay I went from not sleeping for a whole night to sleeping at least half the night I will say that this is about to be day number two and I'm writing this review and I'm going to see but guys let me tell you it did make me feel a little better I wasn't completely stressed free but it was not at 100% stress it was at like a 60 to 50% stress level just that one time and I am a person that does not like to write reviews right away but I just felt so good last night after taking it even my fiance was like oh you're sounding really happy

It has only been a week of using this daily. I can feel some of the effects and my spouse seems to be getting better sleep once asleep. It is a large pill for some one petite like me. I will have more information as the weeks go on. Please note that I also attend regular professional therapy.

So far my sleep has improved. I can not take this before bed. It kept me wide awake like I drank caffeine before bed. I use it mid day and with food. Its only been a week, I will update when the bottles gone.
