Product definitely works, in fact for me personally as an individual the 2 capsule dose works too well, it can make me feel real zombie like/groggy/numb the next day. Clearly efficaciously dosed even with a partial proprietary blend. Please ignore any reviews that are negative saying this doesn't work. You must factor in body fat % and whether you have been taking other medications of similar nature (relaxation/cortisol reduction) as they could be reasons to not find effectiveness with this product. Everyone will respond differently with a unique reaction so you may need more or less than recommended dose. If you care enough to need help with cortisol you can even research each ingredient and the efficacious dose needed on average for them to work. I rarely leave reviews and this may sound like I am trying to sell the product/work for the company involved however I am not and im just your average consumer like the rest of you. Its comparable to Gorilla Mind Calm but at a fraction of the cost. 5/5 will recommend to anyone needing help relaxing. This works! I've researched ALL of the ingredients in this product and combined or on their own they are extremely beneficial in reducing stressful Cortisol levels and effective in uplifting mood. The Ashwaghanda alone is gold! I LOVE this supplement and it is now a part of my nighttime regimen before bed! I sleep better and wake up feeling energized. The cost is great and if you prefer to get more bang for your buck, you can start by taking one pill instead of two and increase if needed. It's that easy! Happy healing!

Terrible. Had the opposite effect. Made me anxious and wired. Couldn't sleep at all. Took it for five days straight hoping each day was a fluke. Nope does not work at all

I found this looking for a less expensive replacement for another cortisol manager supplement.I feel like this has been really helpful. I can take 1 during the day if I am super stressed or 2 at night for a great nights sleep. I struggle severely with falling asleep and staying asleep. This had me asleep within half an hour each night when I take 2. I dont feel groggy in the morning and the price is about half or less of what i was paying for the other brand. And it has more to offer.I have this on subscribe so I will keep using it.Just found another of their products I will probably get as well.

Update the seller refunded all my money while this was not for me and I’m not changing the information below because I feel as important to let people know what happened. I am letting you know that the seller made good and that you just need to be aware that the ingredients do cross the blood brain barrier and can potentially cause these effects. The seller doesn’t want this to happen. They were very apologetic and is their intention to only help people. This is probably just a me problem, but there might be other people like me out there. I was really hoping it would work well. Regardless, the seller was great and doing the right thing I would buy different products from them. I’m disappointed. I can’t use this. I was miserable and even after I stopped taking it it took an entire 48 hours to get out of my system and feel like a normal human being again.
