Great looking watch and not a lot of money for a Seiko.

These S5's are great value for money for a great Seiko automatic movement. A very smooth second-hand and a clear white dial with very subtle band of concentric rings in line with the indices. The gold outline provides great contrast and clarity. Stick on a brown leather strap and this will look absolutely amazing.

This watch was good value. Exactly as described and all I had to do was cut down the length of the bracelet. Very happy with it because I have had Seiko Watches for ove 40 years now and found them very good quality and value.

I bought a solar Seiko watch in the summer which was fine until the winter, when wearing long sleeved shirts, jumpers and coated etc. started to stop and became unreliable. I then found this one at a good price and it’s taken the solar watch’s place. Good bold markings, can be read at night in bed. I took the solar watch to the jeweller and they swapped the straps over so I have gold markings to match the watch marking and winder.

Good mechanical watch but nothing found more specific that make it special but overall good watch am enjoying

Lovely watch, would look better on a two tone stainless steel strap, good time keeping, if I wear it for about 12hrs, sleep all night and it's still ticking away next morning, comfortable, nice weight.

This watch was for my girlfriend, which she chose herself. It is advertised as a man's watch but it would be a bit smaller than I would choose for myself. Perfect for her, though, and she is delighted with it. Simple to set and operate and no need for batteries being automatic.

This Seiko 5 is simply a "must have" in the collection, a lot of luxury without having to be naked. Are there weak points?, Yes, of course, but for those money it is worth mentioning?, Well, that everyone will be satisfied and happy, there are 2 weak points of the Watch. 1.) The bracelet-awfull; 2.) The Watch is only 3ATM Water Resistant. Change the Bracelet either to Leather Strap or Milanese Mesh Band (I made this alternative) or other better bracelet and then you get a Watch that looks like a $1K Watch,Time accuracy, at Min, 3sec. a day, with this I would end the Review, Greetings.

Die Uhr ist perfekt. Zuerst erschien sie mir recht groß. Aber inzwischen habe ich mich daran gewöhnt. Die Uhrzeit lesen ohne Brille. Perfekt Inzwischen habe ich allerdings festgestellt das die Uhr ca 1,5-2 Minuten am Tag verliert. Drr uhrenfachmann hat erklärt bis zu 3 Minuten seien akzeptabel. Finde ich nicht . Dadurch Abzug in der Bewertung

I bought this watch last week from Amazon and it has been excellent. It keeps surprising time - I have tested it against the online world clock ([...]) and, as far as I can tell, hasn't lost but maybe 1 sec in a 24 hour period. The clasp is very sturdy and I like the fact that stainless steel won't tarnish. The pictures on amazon don't do the watch justice. It looks very nice. All in all, I would recommend this watch to anyone looking for a functional timepiece for everyday wear.
