Seems to provide better rising than competitor brands.

This yeast works spectacularly well! I have struggled getting a good rise on my baked goods but this yeast proofed in less than one hour. Amazing stuff. My cinnamon rolls were mixed, proofed, rolled and cut, proofed again, and baked in under three hours.

Best bread yeast ever. Made a huge difference with my no knead artisan bread. Bread came out higher and less heavy/dense. I will never use other brand. Subscribed.

It was not clear this is instant yeast. That should be in the title, or at least in the description. It is very expensive, but since yeast is currently not in stores, I paid the price. The package arrived in good condition, and the product is excellent.
