Q: Has anyone tried steaming this for fit? Don't think it's only wool felt.

Hello I ordered the Blue top hat . It arrived well packed. had no problem with brim. Used it this passed weekend first time. But if I had a brim problem, I would take item to a hat shop and have it fixed. But first I would contact the seller or shipper with problem and concern?..HHH63
