2-month review Gained 15 lb of muscle first month quickly (that was a surprise) – lost 10 LB body fat 2nd month Digestive health improved, less bloating and pressure 1st month I was tired due to rapid muscle gains yet I kept same calorie count so burning fat was an adjustment to keep energy levels up each day Energy drinks don’t work on me anymore, Coffee does pretty good still Became sensitive to salt and sugar (taste) Pills are smaller and rather smooth so they drop and roll all over the place but easy to swallow Have to take 6 a day (lot), I usually do 3 at breakfast and 3 at lunch Mens health improved and my wife is happy Hair growth improved Pills smell like dried meat and so do your burps and sometimes when you sweat Caused some insomnia for a few weeks but went away Workouts – I have been VERY impressed, like being on extreme high dose of Creatinine and Nitrox Oxide with zero pain and no recovery time. I’m not soar after a gym workout. Like being 25 again! Over all I love this wish I found it 10 years ago, I be in better shape than I am now.

My daughter has an issue absorbing iron and maintaining her levels. She uses this and it seems to be a great help. She can tell a difference when she goes a few days without it. She feels better and has much more energy, plus her hair and nails are in better shape since she began taking it. It is a great value for the money, and we will purchase more. It is a good quality item.

To be honest the only reason for my four star review is it didn't work for me, my body is super sensitive to combination supplements.. but it has benefited a friend that has been using them.. I enjoyed the transparency of sources, and excellent customer service..

Feel better and energetic

This is worth your money. Been 3 months and one of my favorite supplements.

I have tried many Oregon supplements over the past couple of years, and I generally get a good response out of them. These also had a fairly decent response. I felt pretty good and had higher energy overall. However, as I got sidetracked, the supplement sat on the shelf for about a month before I got back to it. As such when I open the bottle the entire thing and the capsules smelled of plastic offgassing. So I don't know if this is a reflection of the bottle it's self or if it's a reflection of the product but either way, it's a bad combination. I do not recommend for the taste factor of plastic alone.

You can help if you’re constipated and don’t help right away. You do have to take it for at least a week.

Gave me more energy. Help me rest better and be on top of the day to day
