I can’t spray on the body where it aches, but I spray a little amount of oil on my balm and applying to the areas and massages it. I bought two more bottles for my husband and my sister. I am a bias reviewer for this product because I hve very bad problems sleeping, so I have not really dare to try it without my sleeping pills. That’s why I put 4Stars. I can say that even thought feels like their is no smell, when I use it I feel a very soft smell that gives me a sense of tranquility. I like how it feels in my skin, and I do sleep maybe a little deeper when I use it. It is not greasy, I drop a little on the bed and the bed sheets did not absorbed so it is awesome, it came well packed and the pump works very good.
