Nothing beats OEM
OEM drive bracket for Lenovo laptops. It's a bit expensive but it fits perfectly.

Works as intended, however, keep in mind that it does not include the screw. Not a big deal as I had one that fit it, but just something to note.

Works absolutely perfectly as a replacement drive caddy for a ThinkPad T450S. However, eight dollars for this is ridiculously overpriced. Should be about $3-4.
