Great fun for play or display
Alchemist Prime is refreshingly different. I don't normally like Cybertronian style vehicles, but this one looks good enough to be an Earth truck of the near future. I don't normally like simplistic transformations, but the way this toy efficiently switches between two great modes in so few steps is impressively elegant. I don't normally like chunky squat robots, but this guy has so much posability and balanced proportions that it's a great action figure too. Only 3 criticisms: 1.The back of the truck is not filled in and you can see the robot hands. This could have easily been rectified with a couple of panels that fold into the feet... but the designers chose not to. 2. The forearms are hollow. Not a dealbreaker, but I really wish this wasn't the norm. Could be so easily avoided with simple foldaway panels too. 3. The weapons are... uh... two halves of a pair of spectacles? But without the arms, just the front bit. Seperated they look neither blade or blaster like. If they had arms they could have folded out to look like a pair of staffs or something. Weak. Overall, a fun toy that has a lot of play value due to its quick conversion and characterful robot. Might want to raid your accessories bucket for some decent weapons though...

Poor quality Transformer toy
Bought as a Christmas present. My grandson tried to turn it into a car, unfortunately bits kept breaking off and couldn’t be fixed back on. Definitely made with inferior materials. Grandson was very disappointed. Expensive for the poor quality. Would not recommend. The original Transformer toys were far superior.

En cuanto vi está figura en fotos la verdad nunca me llamo la atención pero cambian tus espectativas cuando la tienes en persona además de que la transformación es muy sencilla al igual que Prima Prime.

Perfectly serviceable. A pretty standard deluxe class figure. It lacks wrist swivels and is quite hollow feeling, the lenses are okay accessories but overall it's a decent deluxe class figure and a great representation of Alchemist Prime/Maccadam.
