I got this heated eye mask as a gift for myself and now I’m planning to get one for my mom too! It comes with these little lavender sachets that smell lovely and help me relax almost instantly. I've been using this heated eye mask every night for the past week and am seriously impressed. A heat mask was recommended to me by my Opthomologist, for my dry eyes I just happened to pick this one.It is excellent, and I believe it is helping me as my extreme dry eyes appear to be improving. Have to use it 2 X a day.Easy to charge and use. HEATED EYE MASK.

Very comforting and nice fabric. The charge lasts for about three days and the adjustable temperature about 10 minutes or so. I’m really enjoying it for my dry eyes.

Read the instructions so you know how hot it can be. I thought it worked great and didn’t realize I had it on the lowest setting. After taking a second look, I was pleasantly surprised that it could get hotter. On another note, I use it for dry eye per my doctor’s recommendation the heat helps my eyes produce natural oils. It’s helping my overall dry eye and eye fatigue. Plus it’s just so damn soothing. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

The options make it impossible for me to return this item. I cannot print a label. I do not drive because I'm half blind and resent having to spend $7.99, HALF the cost of tie item, to return it! I charged it, following instructions. It worked once. I am dissatisfied at so many levels. I guess I have lost every cent, because it I cannot use YOUR terms to return this defective item.

Does not hold a charge for more the 10 minutes other then that it works great
