I originally bought the hip pads first, my belt kept feeling like it would slide down and I’d have to keep adjusting, hip pads work great and tool belt stays where I want but didn’t help with my back pain so I ordered the belt buddy, all worn together Immediately I felt a difference, relieves the weight of my bags from my back, I’ve always had backProblems, go to the chiropractor here and there, haven’t worked long enough with this to know if it will stop it, don’t think it will, my point is it probably won’t get rid of your back problems, but most definitely help, I like it, I have my occidental bags and belt with it FYI, don’t think about it, just get it, I procrastinated and would hop on Amazon and read reviews and not buy it, finally glad I did. 👍 as of belt size, because I have my hip pads and now the belt buddy it will shrink your belt size, I still have room to wear my belt but just know, maybe go with a size bigger belt, I would’ve if I would have known, great product thanks!

Waited to buy this wish I would have bought it right away helped with my lower back and with the comfort of my adjust to fit bags I recommend this to anyone who wears bags all day

When ever I used my tool belt which was less regular than I use to my back became ackey and this belt buddy seem to help.

You get what you pay for and this is amazing , im a lather and I approve this

Puts my bags in a completely more useful position on my lower back, game changer.

I thought it would be bigger, and belt still rides on my hips. Good quality tho.
