Brain power
This has done wonders for my teen girl. She is now able to focus, and have more energy. It’s very effective for her ADHD brain. No taste and easy to take by mouth. No upset stomach side effects.

Great but not always easy to swallow!
I absolutely love this product. I’ve been taking it for months. I didn’t even realize how much it was helping my adhd brain until I ran out and didn’t take it for a few days and all my cabinets were open. 😅 I feel good, the ingredients are clean, they’re very effective in helping to regulate my mood, but they are not easy to swallow!! The ONLY thing I don’t like about this product is that the capsule size changes frequently. Sometimes a normal size is delivered but more often lately they’re so big. It’s recommended to take three but the capsules are so big that it’s not easy (especially when I take other supplements.) I don’t know how to get the normal sized capsules but they’re so big it’s making me contemplate switching to a different product- which I really don’t want to do!!

Using this instead of prescription for my daughter's PTSD, and she is calmer, and less triggered. The all natural ingredients, I feel, are healthier for her than any synthetic drugs from Big Pharma.

In less than a week, I went from massive mood swings and constant tightness in my chest to being ok with the fact my dad was disappointed in me. 10/10, I'm almost scared of how unbothered I am right now.

Bad headaches and insomnia
This product gave me bad headaches and insomnia… and I only took 1 capsule instead of the 3. I initially gave 1 star, but updated due to the company’s customer service - read below. UPDATE: the company reached out to me and offered a refund. I greatly appreciate customer service and will now look at other products offered by the company. Great customer service goes a long way with me!

Perspective can change most anything, this felt like Perspective in a capsule.
I'm surprised at how quickly I got results using this. The ingredients work together perfectly to lift my mood and outlook. This is perspective in a bottle. Worth the purchase. I noticed zero side effects, as for energy, if any change it was so subtle I didn't notice it.
