School Smart Laminating Pouches, 18 x 24 Inches, 3 mil Thick, Pack of 50

These are 7 mil and will produce a really nice, stiff card -- not the flimsy 3 mil stuff sold at most places. However, you will need a heat laminator designed for the thicker 7 mll.

These are nice pouches. Unfortunately my first time using them I messed up on the only photo I had to use for a memorial shadow box. I don’t believe my laminateor was hot enough for 7mil as it only heats to 5mil. So the photo went through and it did not bond correctly to the longer sides and left a haze. Ran it through again and no difference. Decided I would cut the pouch edges and peal the photo out... Obviously I found out that the pouch bonds to the picture which could destroy the photo if pulled apart 😑. Made do with what I had and stuck it on the plaque and hoped nobody would notice although it was very obvious.

Although the pouch is technically the advertised 2 1/2 " width, you loose 1/8" to the preglued length, such that cards 2 7/16 " wide won't fit.

I found that the 3ml is just too soft and flimpsy. It is a vast difference in comparison to the 5ml.

Just as good as the name brand, and at a great price! I LOVE to laminate things, and I find this size very handy.
