I have used several of this company's products. I love that they are simple, clean, and affordable. This is a very basic multi, methylated so good for those of us with the MTHFR mutation. Affordable and this bottle has 240 in it! No issues with digestion, etc. and I saw no difference in my energy levels, but I have taken a multivitamin for years so hard to gauge anything except a lack of negative affect.

Okay, something happened to me 2 years ago. My hair began to fall out, my legs hairs stopped growing, hair on my head stopped growing, nails stopped growing. I was constantly tired. (I'm currently a 46F) Probably perimenopause or something hormonal. All labs showed normal. Hormones, even tested multiple times showed normal. No deficiencies, no problems with iron or ferritin, no female pattern baldness, scalp biopsy showed TE, but with no cause. I was already taking a multivitamin, plus extra biotin and b12. Nothing helped. I was reading about the MFTHR gene thing and figured I would try these vitamin, just to see. After a month of taking them, my hair and nails are growing like crazy!! I have to shave my legs again every shower, not just once a week. My gel polished nails HAVE to be redone every 2 weeks when I used to be able to go a month. My hair is still shedding, but I have lots of little hairs sprouting all over my head. I no longer feel exhausted all damn day. Just the usual level of tiredness for the 1st hour or so until my coffee kicks in. I honestly think my shedding is related to my .1% Trentinion use nightly on my face, hands and chest. (I've been using it for 4-5 years and noticed the hairless 2 years ago.) I know they say that it can't happen, but I quit taking it for a while and my shedding slowed down. I tried using it again and my shedding picked right back up. Plus, the internet and Reddit are filled with men and women noticing the same thing. Just putting that out there for anyone else in a similar situation. Anyways, I feel great on these vitamins! No weird burpy after taste. I do take them with food around lunch time. No nausea or heartburn. Chapt GPT actually recommended this brand as a good choice.
