I've been seeing this product repeatedly on-line and it does work as advertised. Reduces bloating after eating especially. The dosage rating on the front of the package is misleading, as it does not match the actual dosage description on the back, so I dropped it to 4 stars

This is a wonderful blend of oregano oil and black seed oil. It works well for a two week on and one week off regiment. Feeling better and noticed that my gut is happier on the two weeks on portion of the journey.

This cannot be oregano! It has NO smell. I have been sick and this has had absolutely no effect whatsoever! Had to get out the essential oil of oregano. This is a big disappointment and a scam.
