I have always been a Dell customer, but I have not been terribly impressed with their computers the last two times. I decided to read some reviews and analyze my needs. One of the recommendations was this Samsung computer, and I am extremely pleased, especially with the elimination of the cumbersome power charger. The display is wonderful, and there was really no learning curve.

It's a decent laptop, it really comes down to what you are trying to do with it but for non gaming work stuff it is sufficient. Could of used more RAM but again it's decent

I bought this for school and got so much more. It synced up to everything Samsung I have, phone, tablet, watch. With the cloud feature I transfer files from my desk top to this device with ease. It works perfectly, doesn't get hot, screen is super clear, battery lasts forever. Having tablet like features makes it so convenient.

Everything with the laptop is perfect! Only the fingerprint 🫆 sensor has some issues and only works 70% of the time! Also the Galaxy experience needs to be finetuned! I had a really hard experience in connecting my Galaxy Buds 3 Pro!

It came broken would not even turn on and boot up and the refund process has been the WORST!!!
