Great for sensitive skin, and for hair!
LOVE!!! I bought this specifically to use in my hair, where it is thinning a bit and where the part is, because it keeps getting burned and regular sunblock makes my hair greasy and gross ... I have dark brown hair and the tan color blends just fine if you blend it with your fingers (prob even easier on blonde) - and no greasy hair and my head hasn't burned once since using!! HOWEVER what I found surprising - and wonderful - is how GREAT this is on my face!! I have super sensitive skin so didn't think I'd be able to use on face, however i have had NO bad reaction to this!! In fact, the powder helps keep away shine, absorb sweat, and makes my skin look great (with no breakouts like regular sunblock)!! The translucent skin color hides blemishes and gives me an even skin tone ... Plus NO burn any day I've worn it! It's also a convenient container, easy for travel and keeping in my purse (and works perfectly fine, if you READ THE DIRECTIONS and click it open and closed, despite some other reviews). I do sometimes prefer to tap the powder onto a bigger/softer brush when home so I get better coverage and less powder flying around, but the brush it came with works ok and still feels good on my face. My first brush/tube lasted about a month before I needed to order a refill, but it's summer and I'm using it often on my entire face and hairline/part, with multiple touch ups when I sweat. I highly recommend this product. Totally worth the price!!

Nice, light and convenient
We have only had this product for a week or so and haven’t tested it for water resistance yet. That being said, it is nice and light and so convenient with the brush. It took us a minute to get the hang of opening the powder to apply it at first and we were pushing too hard and opening it so far as to unscrew it for refilling. We have since realized that it takes a simple but precise turn, similar to opening a combination lock. Now, we think it’s incredibly convenient and it has been working to prevent sunburn on my face and on my children’s arms, face and scalp, very well. We like that it doesn’t make our hair look oily and you can't tell That we have sunscreen on. There is no scent, which is a plus. Also, normally during soccer season, I’d be having to wear sunscreen and I’d be breaking out, or if I chose not to wear sunscreen even for a short amount of sun exposure, I’d be seeing major hyper pigmentation.

Good sunscreen
This is some of my favorite sunscreen. The only problem is if you swear a lot, it will start to clump up.

This sunscreen really works
I am very sensitive to creams. when my face warms up it creates a reaction that causes certain chemicals in sunscreen to burn my eyes. it is incredibly painful and my eye's water up to the point where the burning sensation and my eyes watering I can't see. This was recommended by my esthetician. I have been very pleased with this product for 3 reasons. 1. 'It does not burn my eye's so I can wear it all day. 2. It works, I was hiking it 90 degree weather. in the high altitude of the Colorado mountains and my face and neck did not burn, 3. It is so easy to apply

The tan shade is deep
The powder does not dry out the skin and that is a good quality of it, but the tan shade is deep.

Sheer sun protection
I like the convenience of brush on sun block. I can use this on my face either alone or over my foundation. I don't notice much color, just mostly a smooth translucent finish. I use it on the back of my hands when driving and it's great for reapplying on my arms when golfing, avoiding slippery hands like with lotion. I've had no problems dispensing and applying the product. Will purchase again.

Cheaper and seems to be as effective as Colourscience's original transparent.
I'm red headed and have very fair skin that likes to tan into various shades of lobster dinner. I used Colourscience's brush-on sunscreen when I was in Iraq. It was super handy, had many men borrow it from me, and protected my skin well and was more portable in my pockets than liquid sunscreen. I also liked that I could easily apply it to my ears, scalp, hands, etc. So, I decided I needed a new one for my upcoming trip to the Caribbean, and I was sticker shocked. $50 for a new tube! I got the last one for $25 from some boutique. This brand was suggested by amazon. I went and compared the ingredients... they are.. Similar. Not exact. But pretty close. This one advertises being water resistant but doesn't seem to put much sweat/water resistant advertising in like colourscience does. I think in reality you really need to carry this with out and reapply it often because it is a powder setting on the face versus a liquid. With that said.. I didn't get sunburned much in Iraq. And with me biking around town lately training in the sun, I haven't gotten any sunburns with this either. Reapplying every 30 minutes or so. The ultimate test will be when I'm out and about in that Caribbean sun, sweating and touring for 2 weeks, and I'll update at that time. If it will do well with that, I'd say it is definitely worth the savings. Both give a poofy "powder" spray if you flick them with some effort across your head. The Colourscience container is thicker, and it tends to have a better mechanism for the little plastic piece that covers the brush when done. In the Colourscience one, this 'activates' the brush, meaning it will only start working when you click it down into place. (This may have changed since the last time I bought it though.) On this one, it doesn't seem to matter, nor does it click smoothly into place... it more just sort of rubs against the edges and 'stops'. Still, the amount of product coming out seems sufficient on both brushes. I'm liking the results I'm getting so far with this, and have used it daily since it arrived to help protect my skin.

This is a very handy product to throw in your handbag and lasts a long time. Easy to use, just barely twist it and powder comes out. Only reason for deducting one star is the powder gets a bit caked on the skin so just light touches only.

Super Produkt! 5 Sterne!

THIS STUFF IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT ! To put you in the picture, I spent all of my childhood heavily coated in UVISTAT cream and most of my adult life hiding in the shadows... darting from shady nook to shady nook, tree to tree, sun parasol to sun parasol, crossing the street to the shady side, anything to try to avoid the dreaded rays of the demon sun. As you might have gathered I'm fair skinned, VERY fair skinned and for years I have burned at the very mention of UV. I can transition from pale palid white to third degree red in a matter of about 15-20 mins exposure, followed the same evening by the shakes, nausea, headaches etc - YUP the sun doesn't like me at all... SO.... what's so special about this apparently "expensive" product ? Well in my ongoing quest to step outdoors I have tried just about every sun protection product on the market from creams to "milks" to clear "invisible" sprays to sticks, and although some of them have worked sort of, I have either ended up looking like a highly aromatic glistening shiny painted version of myself (not a good look for the pub), or like a whitewashed ghost. Most of these gems are highly perfumed (they stink), and pretty much all of them have permanently turned the collars of every good summer shirt or T-shirt a mucky yellow which doesn't come out in the wash - ever. So imagine my surprise when I tried this stuff. A DRY POWDER with no smell, that is virtually invisible, takes literally seconds to apply with a brush and STOPS ME BURNING ALL DAY with one application. Initially when it arrived through the mail I thought, tiny tiny amount in here won't last more than a day or two, but then discovered that with daily use one refill lasts me over 2 months - AMAZING ! The secret ? if you can see it on your skin, then you are applying TOO MUCH. You WILL see a little puff of dust as you apply, but then it should disappear. Job Done! PROTECTION ? It's as good if not better than any creams I've used before, and I can go about my business forgetting its even there. To my amazement for the first time in my life I have a "tan" developing, maybe not a golden baked bronze by most peoples standard but a real tan nevertheless. Quite an achievement for a 56 year old who had given up on that every happening in this lifetime. For the very first time in my life I can sit out in the strong sun and relax, not clock watching or worrying about the imminent onset of the dreaded lobster look and pain that usually follows. Once you master how to prime the brush, this stuff is a doddle to use and it JUST WORKS ! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

a wearable high quality sunscreen, on my dry skin. I am using this on my face, as an everyday suncreen (I can get hyper pigmentation) and I like the coverage, and fact I can put foundation or concealer over it if necessary. It is very opaque and white at first glance, as all zinc/mineral sunscreens are, it leaves just a slight hint of white - almost like a primer - I have very pale skin anyway, so this is not a problem, especially if wearing foundation over it, as I generally do. I was worried about it being shiny, which it isnt at all. So far I have been out in the sun a lot of times, and it seems to have worked! - no burning and the pigmentation has reduced
