Highly recommend product!

Half way through the bottle and so far it feels like it’s working. I’m seeing faster and more complete recovery. Strength seems like it’s slightly improving as well. Will buy a second bottle to see if things keep progressing. The big capsules are powder inside, so split them open and dump the powder in a protein shake and you’re good to go.

Disappointed not sure if I’m allergic too some of the ingredients but my eyes started hurting and twitching after a few doses so I discontinued the use.

I’ve been taking this supplement for a few weeks and have noticed a slight increase in strength, though I can’t say for sure if it’s due to this product. The main ingredient, dileucine, is thought to enhance muscle protein synthesis based on research I’ve seen. In studies, participants took 2 grams per day, which showed positive strength improvements. However, to get that same dose with this supplement, you need to take 8 very large capsules daily—and they’re huge. As for the price, I don’t think it’s worth it, as I can get better results for less with creatine.

Hello, I am a week in on trying out. So, it's a bit early for me to give my honest feedback. One thing I have noticed, it seems like I'm starting to feel a bit more density in my arms. I am hoping we're onto something!!!

I am someone who works out regularly and I rely on various supplements to assist with my fitness goals. I take a lot of pre-workouts, recovery and protein powders, and testosterone boosters. But when I came across this product, I was intrigued. I liked everything it had to say and all the claims that it made as well as the quality ingredients, so I went ahead and placed an order for it. I started taking it a few weeks after I received it and honestly, I noticed barely any change whatsoever from Before I started it. The serving size is massive. You have to consume eight capsules per serving, which is a lot. I also didn’t feel much of anything after taking it. My workout seemed pretty good, but I think it was a placebo effect because I wanted to believe that this stuff really worked. But sadly, it really didn’t do much of anything for me at all. After I took the entire container, I was literally the same size and build as I was prior. I actually think I gained a few pounds as well. So unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product. I’m being generous by giving it two stars because it is made from quality ingredients. The price is also Really out of line for anything that would do as good of a job as this, if not better. I really had high hopes for this one, but Sadly I was let down. I hope my review helps you to make a more well informed decision.
