A stunning set - with endless building opportunities

This 340 piece set has the ability to create some cutesy characters which may lead some to assume it's for girls - though Lego markets the 11040 as Unisex.My 7 year old nephew is a Lego maniac and loves anything Lego-branded, so he was excited to play around with this.There are printed instructions but Luke being a Lego fan preferred looking up the Lego Builder app. His little sister (nearly 3) helped with supervision, but she is a little below the minimum age for this (which is 5 and up).He tells me he's going to keep some of his creations to dangle on his Xmas tree (he has some time to wait, then!).The pastel colours and clear bricks add to the appealing aesthetic - there are also pieces with eye features (even lovehearts for eyes) and others with inbuilt attachments to hook on string or use on a keyring.Lots of creative play and fun in this set, suitable for younger ones who just want to use their imagination.

This is such a fun set that has been very cool to get creative with. perfect size for my little ones hands and are super cute to build and have around on display. I just with there were more design ideas in the book or online that could be followed, as my little one really wanted to make the ice cream on the box but there were no instructions so I just had to make it for her. Nonetheless very fun set, good quality per usual and a nice change from the usual building blocks. Good value and makes a great gift for any lego lover, big or small

It has gorgeous set of 340 parts with loads of the transparent ones in clear, yellow, pink, and blue, but also has many brand new parts that are not in any other Lego sets at the moment.The bricks really stand out bright and colourful with the high proportion of transparent ones included. there are full instructions for making five models, and further ideas suggesting how you can easily make about a dozen more. My favourite is of course the unicorn !Transparent clear arches, transparent 1x2 bricks with stud on the side, inverted curved slope transparent bricks, transparent 2x4 pink and blue bricks are just a few of the unique parts in this set.There are also some nice new hanging loops so you can hang these in the window to let the light shine through - although they will fade over time in direct sunlight.Loads of the other bricks are also only in a very few recent sets, so this is an excellent set if you want to be the first to use some of the new designs.Although it is aimed at girls, we all know that is an old stereotype, and my son absolutely loves building with transparent bricks, as they all look like treasure and gemsThe price at the time of review was around £18, which for 340 bricks is about 5p per brick - so the value is good too.

A very colourful and varied set from LEGO.The pieces are very nice and striking in colour, all of the smaller sizes to allow you to create lovely small keyrings.

this produict comes inside of a cardboard box; once opened, you'll find multiple bags of transparent lego bricks (and some instructions to make different lego keyrings). as off reviewing this product, it is priced at £17.99 - I do believe that this is definitely of-value.The box has loads of little ideas for you to build—all quite easy to make (so children would love this) and quite unique. The set is aimed more at girls, but to be honest, I can see anybody at any age enjoying the building process and the end result!the bricks, as usual, are very high quality, and I would definitely recommend this set to anybody.
