Ordered from UK and came a week early of expected date . These are incredible for jogging and shadow Boxing which is a real workout especially doing 3 min rounds with these . The 4lb knockout set are brilliant and im glad to finally have a set , get them you'll be glad .

Game changers.
I just received these and they are game changers. An incredible piece of kit. The bad reviews are from people who bought them asgeneral workout weights. THEY ARE SPECIFICALLY FOR SHADOWBOXING - and for that they are perfect. I know they're expensive but it's worth the extra money. I bought the 4lb set not sure why its says 2lb above. I'm quite strong, 6'2 and 85kg and for me this is the perfect weight for speed and stamina.
