I really like this. I have a couple of switchers before I have always ended up returning them. I use this in my home office to switch between my PC, Fire Stick and my Android Box. Let's look at what we have here: 1.) 5-port HDMI switch, that supports 4K/60 HDR10, Dolby Vision. All my 3 devices work without any issues. My 4K android box looks great 2.) While this does AUTO-switch, it also has FULL manual switching. Yep, nothing more annoying that a device waking from sleep and auto-switching the HDMI input. Although the manual does not state it, THANK GOODNESS for the Amazon description that tells you to HOLD the "Switch" button down for around 5 seconds - the light will blink four times, and BAM - no more auto-switching 3.) No issue with using my Logitech Harmony Elite remote to switch inputs! This means I can have the TV turn on, and the HDMI switch move to the correct input without any auto-switching getting in the way. You can teach the IR commands of each HDMI input from the original switch remote without any problems. So, overall, - this is a great HDMI switch. It has dealt with everything I've thrown at it. Recommended if you want 3-5 ports for your monitor or TV. Top notch.

(Disclaimer: I'd ordered a Prosumer 3-Port HDMI switch previously, so I was identified to try out this unit.) This unit helped me create an ideal media setup and solve a problem I didn't even know I had. I work from home and use my TV as a monitor, and I have for years. I'm also an avid gamer. I like to listen to media (regardless of source) through my surround sound system, or through high quality headphones when I feel like it. I'd been using my speaker system as a receiver, switching inputs from Xbox, to PC, etc. Here's my setup: TV Satellite Receiver Surround system PC - Windows PC - Ubuntu Xbox Turtle Beach wireless headset (runs off optical, mic is connected to Xbox at all times) My ideal setup means that all my devices can be run through my Xbox, primarily so I can get great wireless sound through my headphones. Since the Xbox only has one HDMI in (whatever is being sent there is shown in the OneGuide app) and a single HDMI out, I was able to run all my other HDMI devices into the HDMI switch, and then run one HDMI cable from the switch to my Xbox. The Xbox then feeds into my surround system and outputs optical audio to my headphones. My surround system then outputs to TV. I know that's a lot, and I literally had to draw a little flowchart to work out how I wanted everything connected, but the result is I am typing this on a PC that is running through the OneGuide app on my Xbox (so if I get Xbox notifications, they overlay on my screen), and at any point I can mute my surround system and get PC audio through my headphones. I can do all that with single, small HDMI switch added to my setup. TL;DR - If you have multiple HDMI sources and want them all to run through your Xbox, this unit makes it easy.

I wanted to have all of my Classic consoles connected to my TV all at the same time as I was getting tired of always having to go up to the stand and move cables around every time I wanted to play a different system. This HDMI switcher was a great solution to this problem. The picture and sound is very clear and there is no problem receiving the content on my TV. Switching between inputs is fast with the push of a button on the remote control. It comes in a nice package with the remote control, power adapter (rated at 5V 1000mah), and the unit itself. The switcher is in a solid metal case and all the connections feel very solid. I added some rubber feet to the bottom of the unit all of those thick HDMI cables connected to the back can cause the unit to slide around a bit. If there were things I would have liked to see improved which are really minor, I wish the remote control was a little bigger (though that's just personal preference), and it would have been nice to have an HDMI cable in the box because I needed to get another cable so I could connect it up to my TV. But overall, it is a simple and very effective device that just works.

Works well. Kinda of embarrassed I actually need to switch HDMI between 5 different PCs but that is the requirement and I do that many times a day. The remote is a nice touch.

Bought a different one from Walmart previously to try out this kind of product. It did not hold up and 2 particular ports never worked with anything. This has allowed me to keep multiple game systems connected and works for long periods with no mishaps. Using it is simple plug and play as expected. I have had very little trouble with this but when I do it is always the same issue. It will lock up and show that I am attempting to switch between the hdmi connections, but never actually change between them. The only way to correct this for me is to unplug everything from the back of it and powercycle it. Sometimes electronics need that but this has done it to me simultaneously a few times. At this point, the issues I have had is less than 5% of the time. Over all I would buy it again.
