Excellent
If you are looking for a good TENS unit at a very affordable price, I would recommend this. I bought one and I have had it for about 3 weeks now and I love it. Works well, easy to use and really does the job it is supposed to do. I like the fact that you can just plug it in to recharge so no need to fool with batteries. The electrodes are easy to attach, and the settings are easy to navigate and use. Mine was fully charged when I got it, and I have used it quite a bit and still have not had to recharge it yet. I got this one to update the one I have had for like 10 years and I am glad I did. Plus, it uses the same electrode pads I had with my old one, so I didn't have to by any new ones. Even so, those are not that expensive, and you can use them over and over again. Good product for the money.

Works great.
Comes packaged nicely. Easy to set up and use. Variety of different modes and intensity levels. Comes with multiple replacement pads. Used for a bad back and really helped reduce the pain and shorten recovery time. Long battery life.

Secret weapon against myofascial pain
I’ve had musculoskeletal problems my whole life, the worst being an inwardly rotated left shoulder. I’ve spent the last two years rehabbing it, to the point where it was nearly normal, but the muscles in the shoulder and upper arm keep wanting to shrink back.I first had a TENS device applied to the shoulder during a massage session my wife got me for a gift. The improvement was fast and significant. I assumed these little devices must be expensive, and was excited to learn how wrong I was when I got home and looked them up on Amazon.I understand from online articles that the studies on long term pain suppression are mixed. But for myofascial rehab, this thing is gold. You can get blood flowing to the tight, hot spots with no trouble at all. The nice warm, loose feeling persists for quite a while, and facilitates really productive static stretching exercises. For people with hot, tight muscles and tendinitis, I can’t recommend getting a TENS device highly enough. This is the only one I’ve had, so I can’t say whether more expensive choices work better. I can say that at the time of this writing, ALL the choices are more expensive, and this one is great. So it seems like a pretty logical choice. The UI is not super intuitive, but it’s also not terribly complicated to figure out. The only real complaint I have is that the pad storage is too small for the large pads, and can only store one wire’s pads at a time, so if I were to run both channels, I would have no place to put the second set of pads.

Great Tens unit
This works great, this unit combined with stretches & self care using a brace while not doing stretches or using the tens. it’s helping my tendinitis on my arm, wrist & thumb I use this twice a day. Great value for the money, small & lightweight makes it’s easy to store when not using. The battery lasts a long time. I love all the modes to choose from & the intensity. Highly recommend

Great product at an even greater price!
I really like this tens unit. I must admit I was skeptical at first but pleasantly surprised to find it to be as easy to use and as powerful as it is in such a tiny package. I have had one of these used on me in physical therapy before and this seems no different than the ones that they were using on me at the time, and I'm sure the devices they were using were much more expensive than this was. I haven't used the second pair simultaneously yet so I'm hoping that you can adjust the two pairs independently of each other. It is very simple to use which is nice. I can't speak to how the battery will hold up going forward. Only time will tell. I have had several surgeries in my ankle and legs and have suffered a bit from upper back, neck, and some minor shoulder pain. I am very happy to say that so far I have used this on my upper back and shoulder and have found it to give me quite a bit of relief from the pain in those specific areas. It doesn't last for days but it certainly helps a lot and who knows maybe after long term continuous use that will change. I have already recommended the device to several people that I know who could benefit from using this. I only have a couple of small complaints. First, the instructions could be more clear. In multiple places on the site page and the manual it mentions that the device is great from relieving neck pain, yet at the same time the manual warns the user against using it on the neck. So I'm not sure how I'm supposed to use it to relieve my neck pain. Also I wish the modes were listed as words on the device not the pictures. It would be much easier to use if you could toggle through the modes and just see the name of each one. Thanks. Overall great product with a little room for some improvement.

Surprisingly well worth it!!
Have trouble with bone on bone contact in my lower back. Seems silly but this little device along with Aleve helps save my back when it acts up. When I went to the chiropractor, they used a bigger version along with heat or ice and this is something I can use at home which is great. Battery life is fantastic too- rarely needs to get charged.

Works, but it's power is unbalanced
Maybe mine is a little defective, but one terminal puts out more power than the other. It's unbalanced and that's not good because you have to turn it up to get effect on one side, but then the other is too intense. Still, it's relatively cheap and does work, I just have to use only two at a time rather than four.
